Payment Policy
Payments must be completed in advance to confirm registration, bookings, memberships, or event slots.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Cash. Payment details will be shared by our team during confirmation.
Event/session payments must be completed before the session date. Membership renewals should be paid on or before the renewal due date.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to limited slots and advance planning, all purchases are final once confirmed.
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if: the event is cancelled by the organizer, a duplicate payment was made, or there was a technical/payment error.
Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.
Batch Swap Policy
You are allowed to swap batches if needed. However, please note that you must adhere to the available session timings.
Shipping Policy
R Effects Elite Club primarily provides fitness coaching, training programs, events, workshops, and membership services. Physical shipping is generally not required for our services.
